All four floor plans are two-bedroom, one-bath townhomes with a private entrance, hardwood floors, a separate dining room and a full private basement with a washer and dryer hookup. They come in two styles:

• Classic: The Hudson (about 850 sq ft) and The Albany (about 950 sq ft).
• Renovated: The Empire (about 850 sq ft) adds a microwave. The Capital (about 950 sq ft) adds a microwave and a dishwasher.

Tours are available during office hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., and Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. The office is closed Sunday. Request a tour online or call (518) 444-0488.

Yes. A dog meet-and-greet is required and breed restrictions apply. Dogs and cats must be spayed or neutered, and no pet may weigh more than 65 lbs when fully grown. Call (518) 444-0488 for the full pet policy.

Yes. Every home has a washer and dryer hookup in its full private basement, so you can bring your own machines. Off-street parking is provided for residents.

Apply online. Choose a floor plan, create an account and complete the application. Screening may include income, identity, credit and rental history. Call (518) 444-0488 for the current rental criteria or if you need an accessible way to apply.

St. Peter's Hospital and Albany Medical Center are minutes away, downtown Albany and the Empire State Plaza are about two and a half miles away, and Interstates 90 and 787 are under ten minutes. Residents submit routine maintenance requests through Homebody, the Sunrise resident app. For an urgent after-hours property issue, use the emergency-maintenance contact provided by management. Call 911 for any emergency involving immediate danger to life or safety.

Adams Park Apartments has moved from ResidentPortal to Homebody, the Sunrise resident app. As of October 5, 2026, Homebody is where you pay rent, submit maintenance requests, manage your lease and handle everything you previously did in ResidentPortal. Download Homebody free from the App Store or Google Play, or sign in at app.homebody.com. ResidentPortal access ends December 4, 2026, so please make the switch before then.
